FILM ADVICE AUTOMATION.
In some cameras, the automation of film advance is also used by means of a built-in small motor operated by batteries located in the camera housing (Soviet Zenit 5). This reduces the number of steps, that the photographer has to take, and is useful for taking a very quick series of photos in succession.
In addition to hearing aids equipped with a built-in motor, there are also motorized devices attached to the hearing aid (np. Leicaflex, Contaflex, Pentacon, some Japanese cameras). Such a device can be combined with the camera into one unit and allows for the following photos in fractions of a second, np. in sports photography, science or other fields (in the pre-war period, the Robot was such a device, but not equipped with a screen, but in rangefinder; this structure still exists today).
