We cannot finish discussing color landscape photography without mentioning the types of composition. Pictures of landscapes are very eagerly viewed by all people. Unfortunately, due to the large number of very trivial motifs, there is fatigue and saturation with them, primarily in the editorial offices of illustrated magazines. To this should be added the different tastes of image connoisseurs and outstanding photographers, who walk away from it, which is only pleasant and beautiful, and they turn to images that tell a bit about the feelings and fate of people. Understandable, that naturalists oppose it. For them, self-made pictures of landscapes are an experience and bring a lot of memories. It happens so many times, that the amateur is a collector, and what more beautiful can he put in his collection than colorful pictures of nature, that remind you of beautiful vacation days, carefree wanderings, and all the memories associated with each landscape. Landscape photos include more than just trees, bushes, fields and sky, but also the natural works of human hands that are often associated with them, buildings, items, that say a lot, although sometimes it is only a fence of some homestead or a lonely plow in the field. Landscape motifs, that just beg to be photographed, there are straight lines extending into the image; such shots can be quite easy even for beginners. Amateur photographer, who wants to take documentary photos of natural monuments, should consider, how far the selected theme allows you to get the right image. Suppose, that he wants to take a picture of an old country house with a beautiful farm, and he wants to do them exactly in front like this, that all the lines of the ground and the edges of the roof intersect the image horizontally. It would be much better, if he took a photo from the side yes, so that the perspective lines are inclined to one another, thus getting lines leading the eye into the image. Let's take a few steps back, yeah, to include some sky and neighbors' houses or a fence in the picture; the house will then be surrounded by some space and for this reason it will be promoted from a monument to a painting. The direction of each type of line, especially in landscape photos, both in color, as well as black and white, is very important and should be so related to the image, to concentrate the gaze on some common point or to lead the view into the depth of the image at all. As an everyday example, a flowery meadow is undoubtedly a delight to the eye, as an image, however, it will always bring disappointment, if without proper preparation it is only "snapped". .Only a great nature lover can say that: „o, it must be really beautiful there”. However, the picture you get is not pretty at all. We have to choose such an arrangement of the picture, so that the smallest diagonal fits in the image; it could be copper, brook, a path or even a cleverly conceived combination of individual trees and bushes. The forest should not cut the image exactly horizontally in two. It's nice, if the shapes of the clouds are extensions of these lines. By "line" one should not always mean straight lines, on the contrary - circular or elliptical lines are much nicer in the picture. Habit, that evokes instinctive actions or feelings in humans, also conditions it, that, by analogy with reading and writing, the eye also looks for a path from left to right in a picture. If he finds her, prefers to move along it, than if it ran in the other direction.
